Q Who is obliged to offer the udhiyah?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

All praise and thanks are due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger.

In this fatwa:

1- It is an act of the Sunnah to offer sacrifice (udhiyah).

2- Anyone who has his needs and the needs of those on whom he spends should offer the udhiyah
