Many countries are supporting their citizens by giving them some form of financial assistance or what is called stimulus cheque. If the stimulus cheque is named after the wife and children, can the breadwinner/the male of the family can use that money?

In this fatwa:
It is permissible for the one who is the head of the household to take that money of the COVID-19 stimulus cheque and use it on the needs of the house as per the usual agreements.
