Q As Salam Aleykum, I am Nigerian by birth and been a Muslim all my life as my parents are Muslims. To my understanding of Islam, all actions are juged according to intentions. So kneeling to greet my parents out of respect according to my culture should not be termed Haram. However, a friend recently told me it's Haram. Please clarify this. Thank you. Ma Salam.
