Husband Beats Me Up in Front of the Children

18 June, 2017
Q As-Salam Alaikum, Please, I am in an abusive marriage. My husband does not see anything good in my action or deed. He's not responsible for the family and always tells me to leave the marriage but must not go with the children. I informed his family and my in-laws told me that they know their son is stone-head. In fact, the brother said he's aware that the brother is irresponsible. We are both building a house in our names and his mom called me to tell me that it's his and behind me, he went to change all the documents and asked me to sign as a witness which I refused. I am no longer happy in this marriage. He is abusing and beating me up in the presence of our children. Please advise.
