Q
Assalamu alaykum. I am a law student and currently on my second year.I visited a psychiatric to talk about my mental illness. He informed me that I was suffering from OCD and prescribed some medicine for that. The problem is I practice relaxation meditation to calm my mind and increase the concentration level.I am also taking regular medicines ,but I feel myself guilt and think that I have committed shirk by practicing relaxation meditation ,even though it doesn't have elements of shirk. Please I seek your advise on how to cope up with my illness as it is distracting my studies.I am trying so hard to overcome OCD but I think I won't be able to come out from this disease. Please help me ,I will pray to Allah to give glad tidings in this world and the hearafter.
