I didn’t see all this coming,

I had felt so alone in the beginning.

I thought I will never feel at home,

Unfamiliar to all, far from where I’m from.

Then Alhamdulillah, Allah had heard my plea,

Each sister I meet had now become a family.

We sit and talk, enjoy the day,

Allah answers when we constantly pray.

We are never really alone so long as we know Allah,

And we remember Him and to always say Alhamdulillah.

He grants, He gives, He sends the right people to be with,

Even before we ask, He already knows exactly what we need.
