Jehron Muhammad

Philadelphia resident and longtime Muslim revert, Muhammad took shahada as a youth in the late 1960s.  A graduate of the historical Black University (HBCU), Lincoln University and the Urban Leagues Leadership Institute Muhammad has been a longtime free lance writer, blogger on everything Islamic at the Philadelphia Inquirer/Daily News website and Africa Watch columnist at The Final Call. Muhammad has traveled extensively in Africa, covering elections in Ghana and Sudan and doing fact finding in Libya, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Gabon, Sudan, Ivory Coast, Darfur, etc. Muhammad can be reached on Twitter @JehronMuhammad
