Does Hemodialysis break Wudu?

In this fatwa:
Hemodialysis, which involves the extraction of blood, its purification, and then its return, does not nullify Wudu.
Answering your question, The Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America, states:
Hemodialysis, which involves the extraction of blood, its purification, and then its return, does not nullify the ablution (wudu). Peritoneal dialysis is a matter the requires further consideration, although the prevailing opinion is that it also does not nullify the ablution.
