Embracing Islam and coming back to the religion of Allah the Almighty is truly a blessing. One who accepts Islam is said to have all their past sins erased. What should a new Muslim’s first steps be right after accepting Islam?

In this fatwa:
- The first step that a new Muslim should take would be to correct and authenticate their faith – to bring out the tawheed within their original faith.
- Second, you should gain knowledge of the basic concepts, learn the obligatory acts, what is halal and haram etc. Take it easy, stage by stage.
