How to Fix Poor Marital Communication?

14 June, 2022
Q What do I do when I’m unhappy in my marriage due to a very poor communication?

Answer

Do you struggle with poor marital communication? If you feel that you lack connection, you have to see what reasons could lay behind it.

Communication is one of the pillars of marriage; the key to a successful relationship with your spouse.

Different communication patterns in your families or different communication styles could lead to feelings of not enough satisfying marital contact.

Identify your needs, think about what you would like to improve: more in depth conversation, more activities together, or talks about day-to-day issues?

Bring up the topic to your spouse; casually, let him know what you need, as he might be unaware of your unhappiness.
