Because of this, I can't continue my university education. It feels like there's no peace during the day. I am not sure what happened and I don't think there's any trigger. My head, my vision, my breathing, and my chest feel weird. For 4-5 years, it has happened every day.
I usually try to calm myself, or cry, or sleep. I thought I am going to die. I just feel so strange in my body and mind. There are times when my head would explode and I go crazy.
I got to sleep to paralyze a lot. It's stopped for around 3-4 years but started again. It is not every day now, but I still feel weird and I think that my heart or breath suddenly will stop.
What is this?
