A viewer writes “I read that if the victim does not have 4 men who have witnessed the rape then it’s not provable and that victim may be punished as well. If this is the case, then proving of the case might be difficult in which it might mean reports are to happen less frequently. I fail to see how this might be seen as justice as perpetrators can tip toe around evidence, by keeping the victim in isolation.” Dr. Shabir Ally answers.
