Responsibility is not just limited to being a parent, being a colleague or being an employee. It is something that all of us have in some form of another. When we are given a position of trust, no matter what form and no matter how small, we must make sure that we fully focus on this task. The Prophet (PBUH) said each of you are a shepherd and each of you are responsible for your flock.
