Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

 “God is kind and likes kindness in all things” (Bukhari, 6601).

He also said:

“He who alleviates the suffering of a brother out of the sufferings of the world, Allah would alleviate his suffering from the sufferings of the Day of Resurrection, and he who finds relief for one who is hard pressed, Allah would make things easy for him in the world and in the Hereafter, and he who conceals (the faults) of a Muslim, Allah would conceal his faults in the world and in the Hereafter. Allah is at the back of a servant so long as the servant is at the back of his brother.”

In an act of charity and kindness at Jami masjid Buffalo, many generous brothers and sisters have donated tons of items to be given away completely free Sunday, May 8th. Donations included furniture, clothes, books, electronics, toys, and many other goodies!

Jami’ Masjid (former Queen of Peace Church) organizes such events to help those who just arrived at America or people in need regardless their faith or race.
