As-Salamu alaykum. If woman's hair is visible and a non-mahram sees her hair, does this break her ablution? Does she have to do it again before offering her prayer?

Answering your question, Sheikh Ahmad Kutty, a senior lecturer and an Islamic Scholar at the Islamic Institute of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, states:
Exposing one’s hair does not have any adverse effect on ablution. So, there is no need for you to renew your ablution if this happened.
