Question

It is always great to say bismillah before beginning anything. With regard to wudu, are we allowed to verbally say bismillah when there's a toilet attached? What is the ruling on this?

Can I Say Bismillah in the Bathroom?

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. 

All praise and thanks are due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger.


In this fatwa:

Obviously, you cannot say bismillah verbally. You can make your dhikr silently within yourself.
